Sam Kaler and Morris Kaler, doing business as Kaler Produce Company, brought this action against Postal Telegraph-Cable Company claiming damages alleged to have resulted from delay in the transmission of a telegram. It is alleged that the plaintiff at 10:25 p. m. on Saturday, December 2, 1939, through one of its agents (a buyer) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, sent the following telegram to the plaintiff’s home office in Atlanta as fol lows: “Robert Sims left 2 p. m.
