This is an appeal from the district court for Thurston *372county, wherein the court, affirming the compensation court, found for James K. Ludwiekson, the plaintiff, fixing the amount of his disability as total and permanent, within the meaning of the workmen’s compensation law, for the reason that, solely because of said injuries, he is unable to perform any substantial amount of labor, either in his particular line of work or any other for which he would be fitted except for the injuries that he received in said accident.
