MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HUYETT, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, who are defendants in ongoing or imminent criminal prosecutions in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, have filed a civil rights complaint alleging various violations of their federal constitutional rights by defendants. The defendants are William Lamb, the Chester County District Attorney, and various Common Pleas Court Judges in Chester County.
