This is an appeal from a decree of specific performance whereby the defendant executor of the estate of a deceased partner was ordered to convey the interest of the deceased partner in the partnership to the surviving partners pursuant to an option to purchase contained in the part*499nership agreement. Judgment was rendered for plaintiff on the pleadings. This appeal is taken by the interveners in the action who are legatees and devisees under the will of the deceased partner. The defendant executor has not appealed.
