This is an original proceeding to review the action of the State Industrial Commission' in refusing to reopen cause and grant further 'compensation to Ered Huddleston, claimant''herein.
The record in this case shows that claimant, while in the employ of Commonwealth Mining Corporation, respondent herein, on the 1st day of September, 1926, an¡d in the course of his employment, strained bis back.
