This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs motion for an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) (2000). On November 20, 2007, plaintiff filed a motion for attorneys’ fees (Pl.’s EAJA Mot., docket entry 100), seeking a total of $301,117.53 in fees and expenses.
