PRICE, Senior Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted of conspiracy to commit arson, willful damage of non-military property, wrongful use of marijuana, aggravated arson, and assault with intent to commit arson. The appellant’s offenses violated Articles 81, 109, 112a, 126, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 909, 912a, 926, and 934. A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members sentenced the appellant to confinement for 10 years, reduction to pay grade E-l, and a dishonorable discharge.
