The very clear decree of Hon. G. D. Bellinger, Probate Judge of Richland County, affirmed by his Honor, Circuit Judge Townsend, states fully the facts of this cause, and decides correctly, in our opinion, the one legal question involved in the appeal. Ret it be reported.
