OPINION.

Eakin, J.

The petitioner, Oliver, was at the general election, duly elected sheriff of Pulaski county, and commissioned by the governor. He gáve bond as such and entered upon the discharge of his duties.

He suggests that in order to enter upon his ex officio duties as collector he made a good and sufficient bond on the fifteenth of December, 1880, which was approved by the county judge, and afterward by the county court.
