This is an appeal from an order sustaining objections to a proposed decree of distribution and ordering distribution of an estate by representation rather than per capita.

*549Ingolf Kimbell Bronson died intestate at Havre on August 22, 1961, leaving an estate of real and personal property. He left no surviving issue, husband, wife, father, mother, brother, nor sister, the heirs being ten nieces and nephews.
