Defendant-Appellant Alicia Dison pleaded guilty to one count of failure to surrender for service of sentence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 3146. She now appeals her sentence, claiming that the district court erred in imposing a sentence enhancement pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3147 and section 3C1.3 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) for committing an offense while on release.
