A panel of members sitting as a general court-martial convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of resisting apprehension in violation of Article 95, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), one specification of premeditated murder in violation of Article 118, UCMJ, and two specifications of assault in violation of Article 128, UCMJ. 10 U.S.C. §§ 895, 918, 928 (2012).
