Petitioner-Appellant Sharieff Imani Sal-lahdin, formerly Michael Pennington, 1 appeals from the district court’s denial of his federal habeas corpus petition brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. In his petition, Sallahdin lodged eleven challenges to his first degree murder conviction and death sentence.
