Suit by Mary Celesta and Sophia Elizabeth Durst (daughters, of Mrs. Celesta R. Durst, sister of Mrs. Birdie Robertson Johnson, deceased, wife of the late Hon. Cone Johnson) to establish an equitable title and trust in all the property of Mr. Johnson predicated upon a written contract (alleged to have been lost) executed by Mr. and Mrs. Johnson in the spring of 1926, by which, in consideration of an agreement on Mrs. Johnson’s part not to revoke a will she had made in 1913 devis-’ ing all her property (except certain specific bequests) to him, he agreed to devise to…
