For the purpose of deciding questions raised by this appeal, the facts may be briefly summarized.
Petitioner, appellant here, alleges that the board of regents of the University of Minnesota is permitting and actively aiding the spread of sectarian religious instruction on the campus of the university and is permitting certain other practices relating to religious activities on the campus, in violation of the charter of the university and contrary to Minn.
