This is a petition for the allowance of accounts of the petitioner as trustee of a fund for the benefit of the First Unitarian Society, otherwise known as Unitarian Society of Chicopee, and others under and subject to *481the provisions of the will of Sarah E. Spaulding. The total of this fund was $6,000. The period covered by the accounts begins with April, 1909, and ends with October, 1933.
