MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAMS, District Judge.
Plaintiff Richard M. Shaffer has filed suit against Defendant ACS Government Services, Inc. (“ACS”) alleging violations of 28 U.S.C. § 1875(a), also known as the Jury System Improvement Act and Md. Code Ann., Cts. & Jud. Proc. § 8-105 (2003) (“Jury System Improvement Act”). Pending before this Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, Or, Alternatively, To Stay Action And Compel Arbitration [8].
