COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

On October 10, 1996, the defendant-appellant, Jesse Kevin Hall (“Hall”), was charged with knowingly possessing three or more visual images containing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). Hall’s single-count indictment charged the defendant with transporting the images in interstate commerce by computer. The defendant entered a conditional plea of guilty, reserving the right to appeal the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence against him.
