JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:
Leon G. Kazanzas filed suit against his former employer, Walt Disney World Company [“Disney”], claiming that because of his age Disney had discharged him and later failed to rehire him, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act [“ADEA”], 29 U.S.C.A. § 621 et seq. At the close of the evidence the district court granted a directed verdict for Disney on the failure to rehire claim and reserved ruling on the timeliness of the action for the discharge claim.
