(“Truehope”), Open Mind Consulting (“Open Mind”), Dana Ray and Autumn Stringam (togeth*431er, “the Stringams”), and Quintessential Bioseiences, LLC (“Q Sciences”) move to stay this action in deference to an earlier-filed action in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Canada.
