Plaintiff NovaSparks SA ("NovaSparks") brings this action against Defendants EnyxFPGA, Inc. ("EnyxFPGA") and Enyx SA ("Enyx") alleging that Defendants used confidential information they misappropriated from Plaintiff to develop a *671technology that is the subject of patent applications filed in the United States (the "U.S. Patent Applications") and Europe (the "European Patent Applications").
