MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MAHON, District Judge.

Now before the Court is a “Motion to Dismiss” pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) filed by Defendants American Airlines Pension Benefit Plan (“the Plan”), American Airlines, Inc. (“American Airlines”) and AMR Corporation (“AMR”) (collectively referred to herein as “Defendants”). Evidencing a somewhat careless attitude, Plaintiffs counsel did not file an opposition response to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss until 24 days after it was due, in violation of Local Rule 7.1(e).
