Suit to quiet title to five acres of land in Morgan County, described as the north five acres, more or less as now fenced, of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 42, Range 19. The plaintiff claims title by deed from the executors of the will of William Wiechert, who died in October, 1920.
