Pending before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss under Fed.R.CivP. 12(b)(6) filed by co-defendants Indupro, S.E. (“Indupro”) and Francisco Bosch (collectively, “Defendants”). Docket # 13. Shareily Lopez-Machin (“Lopez”), Angel RiveraFontanez (“Rivera”), and the Conjugal Partnership Rivera-Lopez (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), responded with a timely opposition thereto. Docket # 17.
