Phillips Petroleum Company filed this petition pursuant to 15 U.S.C.A. § 717r (b) to review and set aside orders of the Federal Power Commission issued April 3, 1964, and June 10, 1964, in proceeding entitled “In the Matter of *536Phillips Petroleum Company,” Dockets Nos. G-11217 et al. These orders required the petitioner to refund to El Paso Natural Gas Company a certain principal sum of money together with interest to run until refund be made.
