1Opinion of the Court

LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

Charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), Donte Devell Dupree moved to suppress the firearm, which was discovered in his duffel bag during an investigative stop. When the district court 1 denied that motion, Dupree entered a conditional plea of guilty and was sentenced to a mandatory minimum fifteen-year prison term. See 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1). He now appeals, arguing that the officers stopped him without reasonable suspicion and searched his duffel without his valid consent. We affirm.
