William H. Pfeiffer died on June 27, 1934, leaving a last will and testament which was thereafter admitted to probate. He left surviving him his widow, Johanna *118Pfeiffer, as his sole heir at law. Johanna Pfeiffer was William H. Pfeiffer’s second wife. She married him in 1921, and continued to' reside with him until his death. She died in January, 1935, at the age of about sixty-four years.
