LIPEZ, Circuit Judge.
Sunoto, a native and citizen of Indonesia, petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the denial of his application for asylum, withholding of removal and voluntary departure. An Immigration Judge (“IJ”) found that Sunoto was not eligible for relief because, inter alia, he originally submitted a fraudulent application and failed to present credible testimony in support of his amended application.
