Before the court are the motions by the defendant Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories (“Wyeth” or “the defendant”) to exclude the plaintiffs expert testimony regarding pulmonary hypertension medical prognosis, to exclude evidence that the plaintiffs condition will progress or that the plaintiff will need heart valve surgery in the future, to exclude expert testimony of causation, and for partial summary judgment.
