This action was brought in the district court for Douglas county upon a judgment for $1,000 entered in the circuit court of Cook county, Illinois, in favor of plaintiff and against defendant. The petition contains all the necessary allegations to state a cause of action on a foreign judgment. The answer is a general denial, coupled with a claim by way of set-off for $113.50.
