Certiorari to review an order of the Industrial Commission refusing to vacate an award based on a stipulation of settlement.

Employee, James Anderson, began working for respondent Sand-berg Poultry Farm near Granite Falls, Minnesota, on March 1, 1954. He was employed as a laborer doing general farm work. In February 1955, while bending over to pick up a bolt he had dropped, he experienced a sudden pain in his back and found it difficult to straighten up.
