BATEMAN, Justice.
This is a suit to recover double the amount of alleged usurious interest paid by Bessemer Forging Company, hereinafter called “Bessemer”, on a certain loan transaction. Bessemer sued Chill Juice, Inc., a corporation, Sapphire Homes, Inc., a corporation, which will be called “Sapphire” herein, Barns Lumber Company, a partnership consisting of J. M. Barns and C. A. Barns, and J. M. Barns and R. F.
