In this proceeding we are required to review the action of the Court of Appeal for the Second Circuit in affirming a judgment of the Eighth district court for the parish of La Salle, sustaining an exception of no right or cause of action and rejecting plaintiffs’ demand. . ' ,
The suit is one by parents to recover damages lor the death of their minor daughter, 17 months of age.
