The husband of plaintiff leased premises No. 1634, Terpsichore street,'in the city of New Orleans, from defendant, the owner. There was a Humphrey’s hot water ■heater in the bathroom of the house when the- lessee and his wife and son took posses*185sion of the place on September 1, 1916.
