PIVARNIK, Justice.

Defendant-Appellant Randall Lee Prine was convicted by a jury in the Lake Superi- or Court of class B felony robbery. He subsequently was sentenced to twelve years imprisonment. Appellant now directly appeals and raises the following two issues for our review:

1. whether there was sufficient evidence from which the trial court properly could deny Appellant's motion for a directed verdict and from which the jury properly could find Appellant guilty as charged; and
