¶ 1 Appellants Paul F. Myers, Alpha Technology, Inc., and Micro Design and Development, Inc., appeal the order entered December 18, 2001, in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, denying their Petition to Open and/or Strike a Foreign Judgment. Upon review, we affirm the order.
¶2 The relevant facts and procedural history are as follows: Appellant Micro Design & Development, Inc. (Micro Design), is a company incorporated in Pennsylvania and engaged in the business of manufacturing “wander-control security systems” for use in hospitals and nursing homes.
