OPINION BY

POPOVICH, J.:

¶ 1 W.E. (Father) appeals the order entered on October 4, 2004, in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, that involuntarily terminated his parental rights in J.N.F., his minor child. On review, we affirm.

¶2 The relevant facts and procedural history of this case are as follows: J.N.F. was born on September 5, 2002, to L.F. (Mother) and Father. Mother and Father are not married, and, at the time of J.N.F.’s birth, Father’s paternity of J.N.F. had not been established.
