Moss, filed suit against defendants, Evolution Petroleum Corporation (“Evolution”), formerly known as Natural Gas Systems, Inc., and NGS Sub. Corp. (“NGS”), for rescission of the sale of their royalty rights in the Delhi Field Unit in the Holt Bryant Reservoir, damages, and attorney fees.
