Hardy, Jr.; Hardy Resources, LLC; Evergreen Processing, LLC, f/k/a B & H Resources, LLC, Mary Hardy, Hardy Energy Services, Inc., Elite Coil Tubing Solutions, LLC, Northstar Farms, LLC, and John Hardy, appeal from a trial court judgment granting an exception of no cause of action and dismissing their claims against defendant, Michael Shae Easterling. After review, we hold that the trial court did not err in granting defendant’s exception of no cause of action; however, pursuant to La.
