DECISION AND ORDER
VICTOR MARRERO, District Judge.
Plaintiff R.F.M.A.S., Inc. (“RFMAS”) objects to a Report and Recommendation issued by Magistrate Judge Michael H. Dolinger, granting in part and denying in part defendants’ motion to exclude at the trial of this action the testimony of plaintiffs experts. For the reasons stated below, the Court adopts the recommendations of Judge Dolinger’s report in their entirety.
