This is an appeal from a judgment in which appellants, defendants below, were found guilty of forcible detainer of real property and were directed to deliver possession to appellees, plaintiffs below. The plaintiffs claim the right to possession under a sheriff’s deed delivered as the result of an execution sale in another action, in which the plaintiffs had recovered judgment against the defendants-appellants in the sum of $40,685.13.
