Virgil Wallace recovered judgment against A. A. Blasingame for $546.66, the amount of three certificates of deposit of the old Bank of Phoenix. The judgment was rendered May 10th, 1926, and on the 25th of the same month a general execution was issued. The sheriff’s return under date of June 28th, 1926, shows that he levied on four parcels of real estate, consisting of approximately fifteen acres of land situated in the Alkire tract just south of the city of Phoenix.
