Chicano Police Officer's Ass'n v. Stover

On consideration of the petition for certiorari and the response thereto, the Supreme Court vacated our judgment and remanded this case to us for further consideration in light of Washington v. Davis, 426 U.S. 229, 96 S.Ct. 2040, 48 L.Ed.2d 597. Stover et al. v. Chicano Police Officer’s Association, et al., 426 U.S. 944, 96 S.Ct. 3161, 49 L.Ed.2d 1181.
