This is a case arising out of a collision between the steamship China, a British vessel, then leaving .the/port of New York for Liverpool, and the brig Kentucky, then on a voyage . from Cardenas to New York. The facts are few and undisputed. The collision occurred pn the 15th of July, 1868, a short distance outside of Sandy Hook. The. brig was. sunk. .The steamship was wholly in fault.
