This is an appeal by the defendant, Berkshire Mutual Insurance Company, from a judgment entered for plaintiff, Richard G. Moffett, Jr., in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in an action by plaintiff to recover on a fire insurance policy issued by defendant covering plaintiff’s building in the amount of $50,000 and its contents in the amount of $20,000.
