Relators sought our preliminary order in prohibition to prevent respondent judge’s denial of their motion to dismiss a petition against them for lack of personal jurisdiction in Missouri. The underlying litigation is an action for breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty by David and Judith Stone, partners of JODA Partnership (“JODA Partnership”), against Relators.
