The Missouri Youth Soccer Association, Inc. (“MYSA”) and Michael McCrary (“McCrary”) (collectively “Defendants”) appeal from the judgment in favor of Rhonda Entwistle (“Entwistle”) and Me gan Drury (“Drury”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) on their separate claims. Most of MYSA’s claims involve Plaintiffs’ alleged failures to present submissible cases for their recoveries.
