Katharyn Lowery (Plaintiff), filed a petition for breach of contract between Plaintiff and Air Support International, Inc. (Defendant). The contract’s terms, set out infra, provided that upon the sale of “Air Support International, Inc.” and “Air Sports, Inc.,” Plaintiff would receive a “4% commission” of the net proceeds to compensate Plaintiff for “past and future performance” and in lieu of her participation in a corporate profit sharing program.
