CLARK, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a decision of the District Court dismissing appellant’s complaint for an injunction and for damages for trespass to land. The action involves the National Zoological Park in .Washington, owned by the United States Government, appellant here, and an unimproved and vacant lot adjoining the Zoo on the south, which is owned by appellees Shapiro. An iron mesh boundary fence, erected by the Government, separates the Zoo from Shapiro’s land and then continues on past' the end of the Shapiro property to separate the Zoo from a second parcel of Government…
