OPINION ON PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW
DAY, Justice.
On December 20, 1989, we handed down an opinion in this cause. After a petition *580for discretionary review was filed with this court and in accordance with TEX.R. APP.P. 101, we withdraw our prior opinion and judgment and substitute this opinion and judgment.
Appellant was indicted on the charge of robbery causing bodily injury under TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. sec. 29.-02 (Vernon 1989). He waived trial by jury and entered a plea of guilty to the robbery charge and true to two enhancement paragraphs. The court accepted his pleas and sentenced…
